- Hours of Use: 6:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, pans, plates and cutlery for your convenience.
- After using the kitchen, please clean it and leave it in the same condition in which it was found.
- Detergent for dishes will be provided at the bottom of the sink, as well as a rag to dry the utensils.
- Leaving perishable food outside the refrigerator is not allowed.
- Avoid generating excessive noise that could affect other guests.
Washer
- Hours of Use: 6:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
- The use of the washing machine is for guests only.
- Please use liquid detergent and respect the maximum load capacity.
- Do not leave clothes unattended for long periods of time.
- Clean the area after use and remove any soap residue or lint from the filter.
- Avoid using the washing machine at night so as not to cause discomfort.
- Turn off appliances after use and check that the stove is turned off before leaving.
Cancellation policies
If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so up to 2 days in advance to receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be refunded.
Reservation policies
If you stay 6 nights or more, you will receive free cleaning during your stay. This cleaning will include the change of sheets, towels and a general cleaning of the property.
Additional Services
- Additional Cleaning: For a cost of $290 MXN, it includes the change of sheets, towels and general cleaning of the Loft to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.
- Parking: The parking service has an additional cost of $100 MXN per day, for your convenience and safety.
- Extra Bed: If you need an extra bed, we offer a single mattress for a cost of $150 MXN.
- Change of Whites: The service of changing sheets and towels has an additional cost of $100 MXN.
