    • The use of the laundry is allowed only for the personal clothes of the guests.
    • It is not allowed to wash excess clothes or garments that could damage the machines (such as metal objects, shoes with hard soles, etc.).
  • Schedules of Use
    • The laundry will be available from 3:30pm to 8:00pm.
  • Machine Load and Capacity
    • Do not exceed the capacity of the machines.
    • If you need to wash large quantities of clothes, we suggest doing several loads.
  • Washing Products
    • Guests must bring their own washing products, such as detergent, fabric softener and other laundry care additives.
  • Responsibility
    • Perhaps Homes is not responsible for garments lost, damaged or poorly treated during the washing process.
    • We recommend that you follow the instructions for using the machines and take care of your personal belongings.
  • Cleanliness and Order
    • Please keep the laundry area clean and tidy. Clean surfaces after using the machines.
    • Be sure to remove your clothes from the machines as soon as the washing or drying cycle ends to allow other guests to use them.

    Cancellation policies

    If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so up to 2 days in advance to receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be refunded.

    If you stay 6 nights or more, you will receive free cleaning during your stay. This cleaning will include the change of sheets, towels and a general cleaning of the property.
